Expeditions have used KMA for peaks such as K-2 north ridge, Gasherbrum, Muztagh Ata, Kongur, Crown peak, etc. Four of the world¡¯s highest fourteen 8,000 meter peaks are accessible through the famous Silk Road city, Kashgar. Language of operation
All escorted tours shall be conducted in English and Japanese language . However, special language guides speaking French, German, and Italian can be arranged at no charge for groups larger than six, and at a nominal additional charge for smaller group sizes.

Cost excludes:
High altitude food, high altitude porters, altitude tent, International and domestic flights not listed, taxes or excess baggage charges, insurance of any kind, optional sightseeing, meals other than those specified, Visa and passport fees, laundry, phone call, postage, photographing fee at historical sites, entrance fee of personal interest and any other item of a personal nature, helicopter rescue.
Tours & travels
Land Cost includes:
All transfers, all domestic flights/trains/cruises/local airport taxes, land transport, 3 meals daily, service of guide and driver, sightseeing & entrance fees, tourist class, hotels on twin share basis, tents in camping section, support camels/horse/yaks and camel drivers during trekking, a welcome and a farewell banquet.
Land cost excludes: International flights and related airport taxes, supplementary trips and services not mentioned, personal expenses, visa costs, tips to tour guide and driver, supplement cost for those who wants to accommodate on a single basis, insurance of any kind
Reservation, deposit and final payment
Expedition group
50% of total cost is supposed to wire/pay to my bank account as confirmed.
Tour & travel group
300USD should be wired to our bank account or paid in cash one month as confirmed and confirmed payment should be paid one month prior to the departure.
Payment:
The payment is required to be wired to our account by bank transfer. A copy of wire transfer from trip member is required by fax or mail. We will send an original receipt to trip members by airmail after receiving of full payment.
Cancellation and refund
Expedition group
- 100% of deposit and advanced payment is refundable if cancelled 45 days prior to departure
- 50% refundable if cancelled between 30-45 days prior to departure
- No refundable if should be cancelled within one month to departure
- Cost for permit is unrefundable at any candition
Tour & travel group
- 30 days prior to departure, 100 % is refundable.
- Between 30 and 10 days, 50% is refundable and 10 days or under, the deposit is not refundable.
- Cancellation of air ticket, after being ticketed, will depend on the rules of the carrier concerned. Supplementary fee is requested as renewing the date of discount ticket.
Insurance
For your own protection, we recommend that you purchase adequate trip cancellation, medical, baggage, accident and other personal effects insurance.
Changes to the itinerary
We have made all attempts to make these programs as accurate as possible. However, in circumstances beyond our control, changes may occur. We therefore reserve the right to change itinerary, carriers and substitute hotels where necessary. We guarantee that where possible, establishments of similar category and standards will be used.
Flights subjects to weather
Cancellation by the operator
If the tour operator cancels the tour , for any irresistible reasons or not enough people to form a group. Only deposit received from the passenger(s) will be refunded as full and final settlement.
Prices:
All prices are stated in United States Dollars and are based on conversion rates prevailing as January 2006. Significant changes in the value of the Dollar in relation to various currencies or drastic increase in cost of land/ air services may necessitate increase in the tour cost. However, once the tour is paid in full, you are guaranteed against future price increases, provided no change is made by the passenger (s) to the original booking.
Responsibility
Kashgar Mountaineering Adventures acts only as an agent for the owners¡¯ and/ or contractors, providing the services and means of transportation used in the tours. All tickets and vouchers issued are subject to the terms and conditions under which such services and means of transportation are offered and provided. KMA shall assume no responsibility in any way in connection to or with any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, cancellation or delay through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out the arrangements of the tours. No responsibility is assumed for any additional expenses due to delay, omissions, re-routing, changes in schedule or visa rules, other events resulting from improper health certificates or travel documents or as acts of government or authority or any local conditions such as weather, seasonal variation, labor strikes, civil disturbances, and political instability.
Baggage
In China the baggage allowance is restricted to 20kg per person. A 'reasonable' amount of hand luggage is allowed, however travelers should be warned that they will be solely responsible for any excess incurred.
